Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the CARE ETH ORU
- Analysis, Planning and Preparation
- Procedures and Protocols
- Incident and Crisis Management
- Capacity Building
- Advise and Report
- Promote cross regional collaboration, sharing of ideas and initiatives and operational best practice with Country Offices in ECSA or the broader CARE network Other relevant tasking as defined by the regional office or the Country Director CARE ETH.
