Dexis Job Vacancy 2023
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the Midterm Evaluation Team and work in collaboration with other local evaluators
- Pilot test data collection tools
- With support from evaluation team, schedule facility surveys, key informant interviews (KIIs) and focus group discussions (FGDs)
- Conduct data collection in the field through facility surveys, KIIs, and FGDs
- Organize, compile (FCR), clean, prepare, analyze, and draft the preliminary findings
- Support evaluation team in drafting evaluation report.

Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in public health, social science, or related field required; master’s degree preferred.
- 3 years of local experience in the successful data collection and analysis on evaluations and assessments.
- In-country experience in evaluation in the health sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Experience conducting interviews and surveys (virtually and in person).
- Experience with logistics, including scheduling meetings and interviews.
