DRC Job Vacancy 2022
Overall Purpose of the Role: The Emergency Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of EMP’s migration-related emergency response in Ethiopia. In collaboration with the Chief of Party (COP) and Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), the Emergency Manager will lead planning and implementation of the ongoing emergency response activities as well as the scale-up or start-up new emergency interventions. Key to the position will be ongoing analysis of the migration-related humanitarian context, developing and adapting EMP’s emergency response strategy as well as leading on designing EMP approaches and representing EMP at relevant cluster(s) and fora.

Qualification:
