Overall Purpose Of The Role: Under the supervision and guidance of the Protection Project Manager, the case management officer will work to ensure the quality of the planning, implementation and follow up of all technical aspects of case management activities implemented by team. To Ensure communication with communities and maintain good relations with the persons of concern, relevant stakeholders and other humanitarian actors, to support adequate implementation and coordination of DRC’s case management services. As well as to ensure case management workplan, reports and relevant trackers are timely updated and provide timely feedback and information on protection issues identified.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an entry or paid and unpaid positions in humanitarian protection or relevant social service field;
- Experience in direct implementation of protection activities relevant to the AoR for the position;
