Position Overview: FHI 360 has been implementing a crises response program titled Integrated Services for Humanitarian Implementation -Northern Ethiopia (ISHI-NE) since March 22, 2021, in Tigray Region, and now the program is being expanded to the Amhara Region. Due to the versatile and expanding nature of the program, FHI 360 revisits its organo-gram to bride human resource needs around partnership and liaising with governmental stakeholders, private firms (such as banks), and vendors/suppliers, and partners NGOs to facilitate finance/operational/administrative and logistics functions. As a result, FHI 360 requires a Finance/Liaison Officer, based in Addis Ababa, who will be fully dedicated to the ISHI-NE program.
