Job Summary: The Senior Social and Behavior Change (SBC) Capacity Strengthening Advisor will be a senior-level member of the project team and will work with local implementing partners, the government, nongovernmental organizations, community organizations, others to support the design, implementation, and monitoring of SBC capacity strengthening activities to achieve the goals and objectives of the project. The SBC Capacity Strengthening Advisor will work under the oversight of the Deputy Chief of Party to drive the approach in capacity strengthening and implementation across project thematic and geographic areas.

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree or its international equivalent in organizational development, public health, social science or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in progressively increasing responsibility in design and managing complex capacity (organizational and technical) and institution strengthening programs in developing countries involving multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with civil society, CSOs, and/or community in capacity strengthening programs in Ethiopia. Strong knowledge of, and experience with organizational development of CSOs in challenging environments, and ability to inform content, materials development, methodology of organizational development activities.
