FHI 360 Job Vacancy 2022
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the organizational needs assessment for the project and synthesize findings to develop a context-specific capacity building action plan based on industry standards.
- Design evidence-based approaches to strengthen capacity in community nutrition and integrate within project activities according to the action plan.
- Provide technical support in creation and dissemination of capacity-building tools, strategies for assistance and mentorship, reports, and interventions across the project.
- Work closely with assigned teams to ensure capacity building activities are implemented according to best practices and evidence-based frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to donors and key stakeholders on progress.
- Develop project work plans and coordinate with donors and partners on activities.
- Ensure technical deliverables and implementation are consistent with best practices.
- Proactively identify risks or challenges to technical deliverables and create mitigation plans.
- Review, assess, and evaluate the effectiveness of capacity-building interventions and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Ensures the quality of implemented technical activities and systems at all levels.
- Willingness to travel within country for technical assistance provision and quality assurance.

Qualification:
- Master’s degree or its international equivalent in the social sciences, management, public health, nutrition, international development, or related field preferred.
Experience:
