Your Tasks:
- Support for program management in management tasks as well as in control and reporting
- Coordination of project monitoring, including climate and gender monitoring for all three project components
- Management of the project database in Excel and data collections with surveys or similar programs
- Participation in the creation of strategic analyzes, position papers, concepts and reporting in German and English
- Support in coordinating studies such as Baseline, mid- and endline surveys and the associated data evaluation and reporting as well as consulting assignments
- Cooperation with national partners in monitoring and evaluation ( M&E ) of the project
- Knowledge management and processing of learning experiences as well as an appealing presentation of these for communication purposes ( e.g. Video documentation, photos, factsheets and newspaper articles )
