ILO Job Vacancy 2021
Description of Duties:
- Assist with the implementation of operational and strategic decisions regarding the programme’s financial operations. Provide guidance on the financial implications of decision making, hiring and HR, budget, services development and expansion, programmatic targets, and other operational issues.
- Manage budgets, including revision and rephrasing and provide periodic budget forecasts, cash need predictions, resource gap analyses, management reports on budgetary status and variance reports; provide targeted, pro-active and accurate advice to CTAs, Management Team and other relevant staff on financial operations/management.
- Analyse, evaluate and monitor a variety of complex financial documents, accounts to identify and investigate anomalies or wrongly posted transactions and to determine corrective action. These may include general ledger accounts, such as: major operating bank accounts; requests for replenishments of field bank accounts; development cooperation budgets; payment requests related to the project.

Qualification:

Experience

- Excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of Amharic.
