IRC Job Vacancy 2023


  • Ensure updated workday database of national employee personnel data for the country program.
  • Ensure all information is up to date on the IRC employees directory.
  • Responsible to update Biodata on HRMIS.
  • Responsible for deactivating email accounts for separated staff and sending monthly updates to IT.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to email account management.
  • Assist in the development of tracking for tasks related to HR operations.
  • Record and maintain accurate data for IRC Ethiopia staff.
  • Update various standards of IRC’s tracking.
  • Support the HR/Admin department in different administrative tasks.
  • Ensures all staff detail information is filled as requested on the platform and makes sure the information is accurately filled.
  • Follow up with field office HR teams for information that needs to be filled in.
  • Follow up on all staff personnel files in Addis and the field office to ensure documents are fulfilled according to the checklist and filed properly.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the HR/Admin Department.
