Purpose of the Position: The Deputy Country Representative (DCR) will have both internal and external responsibilities, ranging from project management, resource mobilization, grant management, administration and human resources to donor relations.The DCR will support the Country Representative (CR) to develop LWF’s future growth and strategic response to humanitarian and development needs in Ethiopia. The responsibilities of the role are varied, challenging, and require the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced, and multicultural environment.

Qualification:

- Demonstrated experience and proficiency in resource mobilization, grants management.
- Demonstrated interest in and sound understanding of peace and conflict issues in the Africa;
- Knowledge of Ethiopia is advantageous.
- Team-oriented, flexible and excellent communication skills.
