NRC Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support policies interpretation and implementation
- Perform regular analysis on all complex issues and assist in resolving them within required timeframe
- Provide support to building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Analyze and design solutions for issues at hand
- Manage communication and provide efficient solutions for all policy requirements through collaboration with other AUC stakeholders
- Drafting the memos for the Director signature and clearing incoming documents before submission to the Director attention
- Provide internal and external reports as per requirements and develop all presentations and prepare content for same
- Participate in all policy meetings and provide support to the PAPS and prepare presentations for events as needed
- Provide support for annual work plan and budgeting
- Designs and proposes an efficient administrative and logistical system in the Office of the Director
- Reviews and provides advice on incoming documents.
- Supports interface between the Director office and the RECs/RMs, ALOs as well as the international Partners
- Contribute to drafting statements for the Commissioner Political Affairs, Peace and Security.
