Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities:
- S/he will be responsible for implementing MS4G’s communications strategy, with targeted messaging for both public and private stakeholders.
- Writes, edits, and oversees the production of publications, including articles, newsletters, reports, photos, infographics, success stories, social media messaging, etc., in compliance with MS4G / USAID branding guidelines and organizational policies.
- Assist the communication team to develop an effective implementation plan to carry out their communications strategies.
- Identifies and develops appropriate communications strategies
- Defines client expectations/requirements and measurements for success.
- Participates in the design and execution of MS4Gs annual corporate communications strategy and plan.
- Disseminate regular project updates to interested stakeholders
- Oversee progress on the implementation of the communications strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a relevant field.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in project communications, including 4 years in a communication and/or M&E role on a USAID-funded project.
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders, including governments, civil society, and international donors.
- Ability to transform technical concepts into content that is relevant and will achieve strategic objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
