Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2023
Job Opportunity: The Supply Chain Director will be a member of the Ethiopia SCHIP leadership team and manage project objectives related to Objective 1: Maturity of Supply Chain Functions and Operations Improved. The Supply Chain Director will report to the Deputy Chief of Party and lead the Objective 1 team to implement activities and ensure that the project remains on schedule with the approved workplan and meets Objective 1 milestones and deliverables. They will liaise with key stakeholders, including the Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Supply Service (EPSS), other donor-funded projects, and implementing partners. The Supply Chain Director will develop and compile quarterly and annual reports on Objective 1 activities. This role requires previous experience in health supply chains, focused on improving supply chain maturity and governance.

Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree in global public health, business, supply chain management, public administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Minimum Three Years Working Experience.
- Experience in international development working with donors (including USAID) is required.
- Experience in a project senior leadership position that required the assembling, managing, and supervising complex teams.
- Experience with global health or health supply chain programs with significant experience in one of the following areas: supply chain management, procurement, warehousing, or logistics
