Responsibilities:
- Ensure customization and standardization of best recruitment practices across Pathfinder and implement continued improvement efforts, including the development and implementation of enhanced tools and processes
- Manage and oversee all Pathfinder specialized recruitment programs including interns.
- Develop and deliver training to staff on recruitment and interviewing best practices through a DEI lens, working closely with hiring managers to train and ensure all hiring practices are compliant with all applicable employment laws and best practices.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and facilitation of professional growth opportunities for others conducting recruiting activities throughout the organization.
- Identify and train on recruitment trends, including building the capacity of recruitment staff and other staff involved in the recruitment process globally.
- Work closely with others across the organization to implement best practice training in how to attract and hire candidates from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
- Represent Pathfinder at job fairs, information sessions and informational interviews.
- Develop and maintain standards for recruitment advertisements, marketing, and branding
- Recruit candidates for senior level positions, serving as subject matter expert; source passive candidates and develop strategies for effective proposal recruitment and for roles that are new or difficult to hire.
