Accountabilities and Main Work Activities:
- Assess the security situation of the compound and detect current and potential problems.
- Ensure the security and property at the assigned compound.
- Make sure the Generator operates when there is no electricity and switching when the power is restored.
- Monitor the compound to prevent from hazards such as those related to fire and electricity consciously
- Assist in issuing guidelines and work instruction for guards (entrance/exit polices, gate-pass policy, rules of engagement, etc) and ensures their proper implementation.
- Make sure proper records done when Plan property being moved out of the compound.
- Update the logbook and visitors register and report any security related events to the admin coordinator.
- Make sure simple security measures taken such as locking doors and closing windows.
