RTI International Job Vacancy 2023
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for high levels of project performance and budget management.
- Lead planning, oversight and coordination of project activities and personnel with a focus on staff located in the three focus regions, operational and technical, as part of day-to-day activity implementation.
- Ensures all project deliverables exceed expectations and are managed within budget.
- Oversee deployment of high-quality and evidence-based RMNACH-N interventions in the focus regions in partnership with local stakeholders.
- Identify and seize opportunities to drive innovation in reaching pastoralist populations with RMNACH-N interventions and increasing their uptake.
- Design and implement strategies to effectively engage with traditional local leadership in the focus regions to improve the quality of activity delivery and sustainability.
- Oversee technical implementation of activities implemented by sub-awardees and grantees, ensuring accountability and achievement of required outputs and outcome results.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Five (5) years of progressive senior management experience on programs of similar size with strong skills in strategic planning, management, supervision, procurement and budgeting. Demonstrated experience managing technically, operationally, and geographically diverse teams.
- Experience working with health sector stakeholders, particularly at the PHC level preferred.
- Experience working with pastoralist populations preferred.
