Save the Children Job Vacancy 2022
Role Purpose: Save the Children (SC) is responding to urgent health, nutrition, protection, WASH, education, and food security needs in the Northern Ethiopia, Tigray, Amhara and Afar. The HR Manager position will be responsible for ensuring that recruitment and HR needs across the Tigray, Amhara and Afar response team are met, including by supporting on compliant hiring, onboarding for internal and external staff. The role will require close collaboration with the response senior leadership, sector-specific technical staff, proposal managers, operations, and administrative colleagues.

Qualification:

- Experience of dealing with difficult and sensitive situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Experience working in a large and complex organizational set up
- Experience in staff management.
