Summary Of The Position: The Expert is specialized and experienced in gender and social inclusion areas and provides technical insights and advisory services on products and interventions of NBPE+. Gender balance and pro-poor orientation, through social inclusion, are expected to be improved in the program, the supply side (including the private sector) demand side (end-users of bio-digests) institutional development (Policies and enabling environment). The Expert gives input to Project Manager, NBPE+ project team, and partners on GESI in order to meet the agreed objectives and realize successful interventions. The Advisor identifies opportunities and areas for improvement, to ensure quality delivery.
