Summary Of The Position: The MEAL Advisor will be responsible for providing technical leadership of the NBPE+ program system-level MEAL functions. S/he will develop the result measurement and management systems, approach, and tools following the standards, lead the development of results chains and indicators for the program and each intervention, baseline survey, and end-line evaluation, including setting up of a practical result measurement system, and allocate roles and responsibilities to respective members of the NBPE+ team. In this function, s/he will play a lead role in effective results measurement for management, learning, and reporting. The Advisor is specialized in a sector and provides technical insights and advisory services on products and interventions to projects. The Advisor gives input to Project Managers and project partners to meet the agreed objectives and realize successful interventions. The Advisor identifies opportunities and areas for improvement, to ensure quality delivery.
