Key Responsibilities:

- Program strategic, operational, and management oversight and leadership

Position in Organization:
- Project Manager- Livelihoods Improvement for Women and Youth project
- Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

- Contract type: National employment contract

Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines: International development, Business management and administration, Economics, Labour markets development, or a related field of study – appropriate for a market-based approach to employment and social protection in urban contexts
- minimum substantial experience (at least 10 years) of design and implementation of development co-operation projects in relevant fields in developing countries, of which at least 5 years in Sub-Saharan African countries
- Relevant technical expertise and understanding of and considerable (at least 5 years) practical experience in applying the MSD approach.
- Proven experience in urban livelihood improvement project management.
