SNV Job Vacancy 2023
Purpose of the Job: The position will focus on design, planning and implementation of the RBF facility fund and other financial mechanisms, reaching out to potential HTCC enterprises about the RBF fund, preparing RBF procedural template, and providing technical support. The Pipeline Development and RBF Facility Advisor will coordinate with EnDev Innovation Challenge Fund (ICF) staff and the Energy Enterprise Coach (EEC), carrying out ongoing scoping and capacity assessment activities to identify target recipients, and referring them to the EEC. The Pipeline Development and RBF Facility Advisor is also responsible for the management of contracts and disbursements of incentives with market actors and conducting desk-based checks of claims and documentation (paper trail check) and record keeping. The Pipeline Development and RBF advisor will supervise the independent verification agent(s) and support with financial accounting.

Qualification & Experience:
- BA degree minimum, preferred MSc degree in a relevant field namely Accounting and Finance, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Energy Management, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
- Minimum Two Years Working Experience.
- Demonstrate experience in marketing household and institutional energy products.
- Substantial hands-on experience on RBF for measuring projects and organizational results goals, good knowledge of business principles and marketing techniques, good public relation skills, organizational management skills and understanding of the key business issues such as, strategic, and operational planning etc.
- Experience working with public sector organizations, NGOs, private sector, associations, and alliances.
