Job Purpose: As a Virtual Pro, you will make and receive calls from our users (young people aged 15 – 24) with relevant information about the Tiko membership and SRH services available to them. You respond to queries and you give additional information about services. The Virtual Pro works closely with colleagues to ensure all operations in Ethiopia are thriving and fully functional.
