Job Responsibilities:
Under the overall direction of PMU Chief and the direct supervision of the Supervisor of PP&E, the verification clerks will be assigned to perform the following tasks:
- Daily, compile the completed verified properties on spread sheet and submit it to the Supervisor for approval;
- Enter data as reported by the physical verification team and approved by the supervisor of PP&E;
- Cross check and verify the Umoja against the report provided by the physical verification Team;
- Report on the discrepancies and submit it to the Supervisor for decision;
