Duties and Responsibilities:
The consultancy will require
- Cultural knowledge of Ethiopia and ability to prepare one cultural presentation
- Skills in reviewing and improving induction presentations in Power Point
- Developing learning components such as review quizzes
- Organizing and recording induction component presenters in Zoom or in Teams
- Uploading videos recorded in Zoom or on Teams
- Skills in information technology and experience with online learning platform training design and administration
- Coordination and planning skills
- Video editing skills will be also desirable

Qualification:
- University degree in either instructional e-learning design, adult education or information technology is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible working experience with project implementation for international organizations. Three years of work experience with virtual training design or with virtual learning platforms such as Moodle Cloud or similar is desirable. Proven track record for handling projects requiring a fair amount of planning and stakeholder coordination and mastery of effective presentation design in Power Point and the use of Zoom and Vimeo platforms is an added advantage.
