UNHCR Job Vacancy 2021
Duties and responsibilities:
- Preliminary assessment of ARRA’s existing IT infrastructures, digital communication system, digital work process (if exists) and IT workforce competency.
- Conduct cost estimates and budget planning. Monitor the budget, as well as costs and expenses. Forecast the budget development continuously. Report on the budget.
- The incumbent shall discuss with UNHCR and ARRA the best practice to source the hardware, host of the email system, and ERP system.
- The incumbent shall develop a work plan to train ARRA staff on newly introduced technology (ERP, Email, …)

Qualification:
