Job Purpose: Join our team to ensure effective implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the EiE programme / project activities in highly volatile and complex contexts and accelerate their implementation, strengthen monitoring and evaluation, and support further advocacy and resource mobilization for EiE. You will take responsibility for ensuring the effective management, monitoring, and evaluation of UNICEF programmes, with a special focus on the Bete/My Home Approach, in coordination with Education Specialists at federal and regional level In addition, you will ensure that the UNICEF EiE / education programme has useful, valid and reliable information on the situation of emergency-affected children and women, the realization of their rights and the performance of UNICEF-supported EiE programmes including their relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability, and their coverage, coordination and coherence;

Qualification:

Experience:
- A minimum of 1[One] year of relevant professional experience at the national levels in education programme development and implementation including Monitoring and Evaluation activities.
- Previous experience working with the UN System, including a specialized agency such as UNICEF is an asset;
- Experience in monitoring of education programmes is required;
