UNIDO Job Vacancy 2022
Main Functions: Under the administrative supervision of the National Project Coordinator and overall guidance of the UNIDO Project Manager (PM), in close collaboration with International Expert/s, the Project Coordinator will perform the following tasks:
- Develop a plan and a “run of show” that gives a cohesive order to the proceedings of each interactive workshop (exact timing of each part).
- Facilitate for each workshop participant to complete the pre-prepared survey administered through the MISALE web-app and ensure that everyone completes the survey.
- Provide briefing to note-takers ahead of workshop on terminology to expect.
- Provide a forum through which participants can share ideas and facilitate discussion, i.e. answer questions pertaining to the content; redirect conversation during discussion if it gets off topic, serve as the workshop’s contact; encourage participants to engage – if shallow engagement is encountered, press in by asking questions.
- Divide into working groups (these will be serving as focus groups). Promote discussion on the results of the data collected in the survey and allow the groups to adjust the levels of costs to what they have agreed on.
- Bring the groups together to a plenary. Coordinate and facilitate for assigned group representatives to present their groups results, including how they changed from the original survey data and motivation of why they felt the changes were needed. Promote further discussion in plenary.
- Coordinate careful recording of what participants say, what their experiences are and what their reactions are to the tool we present.
- Articulate minutes as required to ensure these accurately reflect the actual discussion and provide summary report on observations and next steps recommended, stemming from the workshop.
