VSO Job Vacancy 2023
Role Overview: The Country Lead will be responsible for representing the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment in Ethiopia, and acting as the primary point of contact for the Fund for Implementing Partners (IPs). The Relationship manager will act as ‘critical friend’ of the IPs, which will be reflected in closely monitoring the project performance on the one hand, but also discussing any emerging issues from that with the IP, in an open and transparent manner.

- Salary: 1,215,532 ETB + ETB 61,356 Annual Inflation Allowance (temporary, to be reviewed every 6 months) + 11% Pension: Fund contribution
