Role Overview: The primary purpose of this role is to lead, develop, and manage all people function and support operations in line with the VSO strategy. You will ensure an effective people and operational support functions, which includes employees and volunteers and maintaining good people management practice in an efficient customer care and adherence to global and local policies and procedures.
