WHO Job Vacancy 2022
Description Of Duties: The incumbent will provide transportation support to the WHO Country Office staff, and will also support the management of the fleet of vehicles in WHO Country Office in Ethiopia, through performing the following duties:
- Prepares vehicle fleet and drivers daily work and run schedules.
- Receives and/or prepares dispatcher orders.
- Manages the allocation and rotation of vehicles for appropriate running of fleet of vehicles.
- Determines types or amounts of fuel, mileage, etc when preparing field trips.
- Records and maintains files and records of client requests.
- Monitor drivers and/or vehicles and utilization in order to coordinate services and schedules.
- Help drivers maintain daily log-book and overtime sheets.
- Manages and supervises the activities of WHO Fleet of vehicles.
