Plan International Job Vacancy 2023
Role Purpose: The post holder will report to the CPiE Manager. The post holder directly supervises 10 Child Protection Officers, 2 Youth Officers and one CPMIS officer. The post holder will manage the protection budget at the program area level. The post holder will manage approximately of 10 million ETB of annual budgets. The post holder is responsible for project design, overseeing implementation and monitoring while ensuring quality program delivery of the overall child protection in emergencies program activities including interventions among host communities. She/he ensures integration as well as smooth teamwork within and across other county programs at the Program Area level. Key components of the position also include regional advocacy and networking, strategic thematic area planning, developing and strengthening partnerships and mainstreaming of child centred community development.
