Role Purpose: The position holder will be responsible to support the implementation and realization of Strengthening Self-reliance, Local integration& Social cohesion of IDPs, Returnees and host community In Afar region project by leading monitoring, evaluation, accountability, research and learning strategy, responding to contextual challenges while ensuring alignment with PIE and regional strategies and global MERL framework, policy and strategy.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree level or equivalent in Psychology, Statistics, Education Social science, Development studies, Statistics, Economics and related fields.
- 3 and above years of relevant experience
- Experience in supporting implementer partners to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the project and build their capacity in project management
- Experience in both development and humanitarian contexts.
- Experience in child protection and safeguarding MERL system
