DRC Job Vacancy 2021
Job Purpose: The Dollo Ado-based Livelihood Team Leader is responsible for the implementation of the Area’s Business Development and Skills Centre and Vocational Training activities in Liben and Afder zones of the Somali region, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard and in line with DRC policies, procedures and guidance. The Team Leader is the direct supervisor of program staff in the Dollo Ado Area Office.

Qualification:
- Master’s degree in social work, political science, international development, economics or other relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of management experience, preferably with experience in the field of humanitarian response and particularly livelihood and refugee protection working for an international NGO, UN agency, relevant ministry, or local authority and practical experience in sector area working for an INGO/UN/government.
- Proven management skills and a competence in people management.
- Commitment to learning and implementing organizational policies and procedures.
- Excellent skill in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to Gender and Diversity mainstreaming, awareness of PSEA.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel to / work in remote field locations.
