Job Tasks:
- Identify and assess potential for cooperation with civil society and local government organizations; Network with relevant stakeholders and international organizations
- Technical advice and follow up with partner organizations
- Design inclusive dialogue process that focuses on the roots causes of displacement, strengthens displacement prevention, and supports women empowerment
- Support partner organizations in the development of usable formats for dialogue, training and mediation, as well as their implementation in the region of Sidama and in SNNPR/Oromia
- Conceive and develop tools to promote the active participation of women and youth in conflict transformation
- Support the coordination of project design and advance its conceptual development.
