Accountabilities:
- Provide support to the overall Logistics operations and activities (School Feeding Program, Relief, and Nutrition), ensuring standard processes are followed and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries.
- Support the management of Logistics vendors’ contracting activities, including the timely and accurate processing of financial claims for services rendered and performance monitoring and measurement when required.
- Support the gathering of market intelligence and vendor assessments (e.g., transporters, retailers) to support the vendor selection process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including communication between field, warehouse,
- Transporters, and country office, to support logistics operations management and contribute to effective service delivery.
- Support Pipeline management by monitoring stock availability and utilization.
- Analyse Pipeline and contribute to operational planning for all delivery modalities to ensure that supply chain requirements are taken into consideration.
- Provide specialized support (including field visits) to logistics operational areas following standard processes and contributing, directly or indirectly, to the effective delivery of food assistance to beneficiaries and to authorized partners and destinations.

Qualification & Experience:
