Job Tasks:
- Advise on organizational development with a specific focus on transition in leadership
- Initiate a human capacity needs assessment of the organization in consultation with the board and the management in order to identify current and future gaps in staffing
- Advise and guide on acquiring core partners who will provide secure funding for the organization for the duration of the 2023-27 Strategic Plan
- Provide a robust and credible financial oversight policy that will ensure accountability, honesty and value for money
- Sustain the core values of the organization
- Support day to day work of the project office, conception, planning and implementation of current and future projects, centered around youth violence, killing of elders and “Mental Health and Psychosocial Support”, between Haki and CPS and any other partner and remain as the focal point for communication between CPS and Haki
- Support Haki in knowledge management and advising on the collection of institutional knowledge, (prevent of institutional memory loss, creation, and communication of success stories, learning materials, maintenance of the new website)
- Strengthening the system of planning, monitoring and evaluation, the integration of the Do-No-Harm approach, gender mainstreaming and human rights
- Knowledge exchange and cooperation with colleagues within the CPS in Kenya, the CPS consortium and GIZ working groups.
