Job Purpose: Serve as a Business Partner to the regional and Country office Leadership, ensuring full understanding and application of the HR organizational policies and practices.The Regional Human Resource Director will also work with the Country Leaders in building an organizational culture across all offices that supports effective advancement of Action Against Hunger mission and strategic plans.

Qualification:
- Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree in HR, business or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- At least 10 years’ progressive HR experience, with 4 years in a senior supervisory role, within an international organization, ideally one providing humanitarian & development aid
- Minimum 3 years’ field experience with an international humanitarian organization.
