Job Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an Innovation and New Partnerships Lead who wants to help expand AA’s growing funding partnership portfolio, joining an organisation that works to help people harness their own power to achieve a feminist, just, green transition in the 45 countries where ActionAid works. You will develop and lead funding planning for ActionAid International’s (AAI’s) 2022-25 thematic priorities (climate justice and economic justice), including an overall global programme strategy and plan. You will also lead on funding innovation, exploring new or untested funding modalities, playing a change management role in helping the organization scale up in working with these.

- Contract duration: Fixed term contract for 3 years
- Entry Salary : Grade E, starting at GBP 50,672 per annum plus benefits
