Experience:

  • 15+ years experience leading grassroots advocacy campaigns in the countries CARE works, required, in (preferably countries in Africa, Middle East, or Asia). 20 years preferred.
  • Experience raising funds for advocacy.
  • Technical experience in health, agriculture, gender, or other relevant areas.
