Job Responsibilities: Under the guidance of the Resilience Team Leader for Eastern Africa and the direct supervision of the Early Warning for Early Action, Preparedness and Response Officer the Information Management Specialist shall
- Regularly collect and share implementation data to maximize the internal exchange of information and contribute to programme planning, implementation and reporting;
- Compile, analyse and disseminate FAO information products for internal and external audiences (e.g. dashboard, reports, briefs, charts, infographics, response highlights, advocacy materials);
- Represent FAO in relevant Information Management forums and collaborate with partners to improve the consistency and timeliness of information disseminated (only for Consultants);
- Respond to various inquiries and information and data requests internally and externally;
- Perform other related duties, as required.
