The Position: Working on the ProSource Implementation team under the direction of the S2P Global Transition Manager and in close collaboration with the S2P Project Manager, S2P Finance Training Lead ,regional RPLM, and the Sr Director of Global Procurement and Logistics, the ProSource Regional Training Manager will help implement the ProSource country training strategy and assist in implementing ProSource/S2P related training programs for field based staff. The ProSource Regional Transition Manager will have primary responsibility for coordinating key focal point resources on the ground in country offices, as well as supporting the implementation of Procurement Team Focal Point orientation, as well as train the trainer activities for Procurement, Finance and Program focal points. This resource will operate in the general time zone for regions being implemented and will conduct in person and remote training and data collection activities for each country within a given region.

Qualification:
- A university degree in operations, finance, accounting or a related business field is required.
Experience:
- Five or more years of operational system training and/or implementation experience, including procurement, logistics, sourcing and contract management.
- Three years of experience in the Procurement Department of a non-government organization with international assistance operations. A combination of Headquarters-based and field operations experience is highly desirable. Experience in Mercy Corps’ procurement operations, FP3 policies and procedures is also highly desirable.
