- Current NRC female field staff in grade 6 or above
- Currently having some line management responsibilities
- Worked in NRC for minimum a year
- Identified as a Talent by existing and/or previous line manager
- Have an ambition to stay on in the organisation and grow into a more senior leadership position
- Willing to take the lead on own development with the support of the organisation
- Highly motivated for the programme and a wish to build self-awareness
- Willing to prioritise own development and dedicate time and resources to participate in the programme and participate in all parts of the programme.
