NRC Job Vacancy 2022
Specific Responsibilities: In line with the regional championing approach outlined in the Protection Sub-Objective Roadmap, responsible for development of program guidance, documentation and knowledge management for the Thought Leadership and Influence” pillar of the Protection Core Competency. In particular, and in close coordination with the Global Lead for Protection:
- Develop program guidance and operational tools
- Document and share best practices, resources and tools ensuring coherence, efficiency and effectiveness across operations
- Develop and oversee implementation of a structured learning agenda
- Advise Country Offices in the region to analyze protection needs and gaps and design appropriate responses
- Develop a regional protection trends analysis to help inform programming, policy and advocacy and preparedness
- Promote an intentional and strategic approach to protection co-coordination across the region.
