Role Purpose: The MEESA RH exists to create cohesion in leadership, management, support and collaboration for countries (15) in the MEESA region in line with global aspirations and management frameworks. The MEESA region has two key leadership and management bodies the RLT and the RHMT. Other team engagements will be the RH staff team and shared calendars This role exists to support effective coordination of the above teams, proactively working with others to build the needed solutions to enable execution of decisions reached by the corresponding teams while effectively communicating to relevant parties. Further the role will be responsible for organising and coordinating support for key team meetings; taking full charge of updating the team calendar and ensuring it is easily available and referred to by all RH staff in their planning. The role requires high levels of independent follow through and initiative, knowledge management and planning to be able to pull together good and effective execution of management ideas and decisions that achieve desired results. The role is also responsible for managing the regional risk registers; raising issues of concern to RHMT members to ensure follow through on risk management. The role will be the official liaison point for MEESA RH.

Qualification:
- Master’s Degree.
Experience:
- At least 2 years’ work experience post-graduation/qualification or A degree in related field with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in coordinating, leading and/or managing executive office activities
- Proven experience in in influencing individuals and teams to high levels of performance
- Ability to conceptualise and write business papers
- Experience in or appreciation of business process improvement.
