Job Responsibilities: Under the Supervision of Programme Management Officer (Administration & Finance) the intern will:
- Consolidate financial and administrative reports and statistics for regional office.
- Participate in the development and testing of reports as identified and prioritized by ROAF management.
- Participate in the planning and follow-up of the regional activities, such as M&E schedules, donor reporting, knowledge management etc.
- Contribute to the preparation of background documents, presentations, summaries, talking points and speeches related to financial or administration information.
- Provide support on follow up of Human Resources actions and Update staffing table for ROAF.
- Support in consolidation of procurement plan for regional office.
- Interact effectively and in a timely manner with colleagues and concerned parties both internally and externally.
- Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary.
