Job Responsibilities:
Specific Duties:
- Filing and organizing including the electronic branch shared drive
- Managing of equipment and inventory
- Follow-up on administrative actions initiated by the Branch
- Prepare a narrative narrative report on grants status and reporting requirements
- Assist to update information in IPMR
- Taking minutes and preparing draft reports of internal meetings particularly related to internal organization and procedures for administrative support
- Provide administrative assistance to travel, procurement and contracting activities
- Support in the reporting and financial record keeping by following up on internal deadlines and communication
- Assisting in compiling UMOJA financial reports and budget revisions
- Assisting in compiling documents required for UNOPS recruitments
- Drafting of correspondence and memos
- Update and maintain records of the Urban Planning work being undertaken by UN-HABITAT and partners.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
