Job Responsibilities: Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual’s background; the intern’s assigned office as well as the internship period.
Under the Supervision of the Chief of Planning, Finance and Economy Section the intern will:
- Develop engaging visual content for social media, websites, articles, newsletters, reports and presentations to support delivery of the Communications and Global Visibility strategy of Planning, Finance and Economy Section and its programmes:
- Support the Urban Planning and Design LAB Programme
- Support the Humanitarian-Development Team
- Support the Public Space Programme
- Support the Planning and Technology Team
- Build an online community to ensure knowledge is shared across stakeholders of the Planning, Finance and Economy Section’s Programmes and wider public, using platforms such as the Global Future Cities’ Knowledge Platform (globalfuturecities.org) and Community Forum (community.urbanagendaplatform.org).
