UN Habitat Job Vacancy 2022
Job Responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the Planning, Finance and Economy Section, the intern will:
- Support the development of the technical and normative outputs of the Planning, Finance and Economy Section by assisting in gathering data, analyzing, contributing to preparation of reports and technical documents, preparation of presentations and other dissemination materials on social inclusion and human rights.
- Support the Urban Planning and Design LAB Programme.
- Support the Humanitarian-Development Team.
- Support the Public Space Programme.
- Support the Planning and Technology Team.
- Assist in the definition and implementation of the social inclusion and human rights activities and outputs, such as mainstreaming social inclusion and human rights in the urban planning methodology, development of socially inclusive projects and tools, documentation, and evaluation of practice, and organization of workshops and meetings, preparation of field missions and scoping missions.
- Support the Planning, Finance and Economy Section in the mainstreaming social inclusion and human rights in the urban planning and design projects, urban plans, workshops, trainings, charrettes and different tools to promote more inclusive urban planning and design.
- Assist in the development of social inclusion and human rights in urban planning policy documents, guidelines, information materials, presentations through identification and review of relevant publications and documents, drafting and commenting on documents, and assisting in producing information materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification:
