Qualification:

Experience:

- Knowledge of environment issues, concept and principles and the ability to apply to strategic and/or practical situations;
- Knowledge of methodologies, tools, systems and apply Practical experience in planning, monitoring, evaluating and reporting;
- Experience working with public institutions, as well as civil society/private organizations and consultants is an asset;
- Two years experience on maritime/ management of ports is an asset.
- Experience with USAID, UNDP, or GEF projects is an asset;
- Ability to productively share UNDP knowledge and activities (at UN and other venues). solutions and generate resources..
